In order to curb the global effects of alcohol impaired driving our research & development team have developed and patented an innovative Vehicle Alcohol Sensor Device. The sensor detects the attentiveness of alcohol l gas in the air and an analog voltage is an output reading. The sensor can activate at temperatures ranging from -10 to 50° C.
Before the driver takes the vehicle to the road, he/she needs to blow on the device’s graphene sensor. If the device detects alcohol content above the prescribed limit set by the Motor Vehicle Act, the vehicle’s engine will fail to start.
Bypassing the sensor is very difficult. If any person other than the driver attempts to blow on the graphene sensor, it will activate an infrared feature in the device, halting the vechicle starting process altogether.
The sensor device also features a passenger alert system which detects the driver’s eye movements indicating that the driver is feeling drowsy or intoxicated.
